Compensation is good. variable pay is less,its 5% so good monthly take home. Insurance policy is good

Baddd policy, Very big drawback is, if you are more than 3 months on bench then you will be on toss, from 4th month you will not get your entire salary untill you are in project

If you just want good salary they will be going to provide the same but apart form that nothing is good in this comapny

So basically I am a SAP consultant and joined this company to work long term and improve my career stability but after joining I found that they are not having much projects with them and I was on bench for approx 8 months and then suddenly HR calls and tell that you have to resign as your bench period is over and we don’t see any upcoming projects matching to my skills and if this is how they are going to work then it is totally waste of time and skills

Job security is really good. Work culture is close to govt style work. Mostly teams work in their own silos and don't know about any developments about employee.

...and I was on my own to fight the battle. Only promises at the time of appraisal. Poor compensation.

It was very good organisation few years back due to team work and joint efforts but post change of management it is becoming worst and worst.

...ls - Frequently change in Policies - Most of the projects are running losses - Revenue is padded with employees variable pay and some other tricks - Resource sent on TOSS if non billable for 45 days - No planning in hiring which trouble newly joined resources and sometime result in TOSS after joining - TOSS is temporary off scheme without pay

...the same time very educating. I could interact with the best team one could get. The Zensar Technologies salary for fresher is fine and adequate.

I liked working at Zensar as they have different interesting projects. I was happy with my profile too.
