Poor compensation even for exceptional Performers. False rating system. During Appraisal discussion, you...your manager even 2Up will agree and give you Exceptional Rating i.e A+. But when the process is completed...in your profile it may even show "B".

...o use. The internal processes regarding promotions/ appraisals were transparent. The Salary hike and reward bonus was decent. Good job security.

I would personally prefer not to work in this company . They dont have enough projects in hand and the ones they have you cant find any sort of potential growth in either your skill set or career

No benefits, joining bonus , no extra allowance no decent salary hike no career growth

Flexibility at work is good and helpful team member. While having the freedom to plan and execute, zensor is the right place to be.

There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance is really appreciable and will get good learning experience here too. You are doing well, can say job security to an extent.

They were not good Pay master but now they paying a decent package to freshers.
