Very bad culture, especially there is one old employee Chandra Marella he dont know anything about the process,we have to listen to him, because he is senior most employee over there,he dont do any work,he poks new employee intentionally,if you want to join in QA department that gender should be female,if you are not female you won't get attention, appreciation.His simply getting paid and tourchering others,ohh wait not for girls.Everywhere we can see this kind of people,for Zenotech his is that type of person, Management should understand and eliminate rust like him. He is there only for how the politics should organise and how to play and how to plan, He doesn't involve in process improvement and business development.
