Politics and plenty of unfair practices can ruin your time here. Founder is very insecure and confused most of the times, unsure how to proceed with a strong vision. Leadership doesn't have clarity and usually has a very wavering mindset. Plenty of easy hire and fires happen every quarter

The good part here is only Macbook, Parties, nothing else.

Dislikes

Job security is terrible, you can be thrown out of the company anytime and no one is there for employee grievances, Swapnil, Snehal, Mangesh do not like to respond to people who are facing issues in the organization. Only LinkedIn posts look like they are so cool and so employee-centric, but the reality is different. If you think, this review is not correct, then please get feedback from employees via Linkedin.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
