As Zenesys is a budding IT Start - up, there are lot of opportunities for freshers and newcomers in IT field. If you work well and be punctual, Job Security is there for you. Nobody get terminated due to covid. Company Policies are good as big MNC's. Management are good and friendly. Will listen to your inputs.

Dislikes

Due to small start up, salary hike is currently low for Zenesys. But hope with steady growth company would grow after pandemic and we all get a very good salary hike.

if you work on internal project no one care what you are doing no one will listen to you and your point of view will not be heard. Initially they will to your terms and conditions later they will deny those things and make you resign or terminate you, wfh is only for manager employee can't take because for them if you are on wfh you are not working

Team members and very good and supportive otherwise nothing to like as well

Dislikes

HR is not good. She is playing politics in every matter. Doing all the other tasks other than the HR one. Upper Management don't listen to you. Everything comes through a tunnel which is deteriorating the environment to a lowest level

Likes

Working in Zenesys is interesting if you seek to learn things. Senior management is very helpful, plus they provide latest machines and software's. Also working environment is very friendly without any corporate politics.

Dislikes

As I've been working with Zenesys from more than 5years. I have seen many up and downs, but personally I've not encountered any thing which I don't like. Our management staff is very helpful.
