The good thing about this company it's good for fresher and being a newbie in market at that time I liked some things like my team mates are good which made me work in this company for long and due to some opportunities I used to be a part of different projects which make me learn some good things, managing and prioritizing the task assigned and deliver it on time. There is a career growth option but they expect a lot more compared to the pay. Talking about work environment it totally depends on team to team some teams have very amazing culture and some have very bossy people around so you can't decide till the time you are placed in a good team. I was lucky that I am in a good team and I actually seen the company 120+ to 650+ employees so I know things are changing with a good way.

Dislikes

...fe balance the company thinks only about the work assigned and get it completed. The most important topic salaries when I used to work they pay very basic salary and hikes or appraisal or incentives which they call it as same is like so pathetic which will discourage you to be lazy or leave. I don't have amazing experience but I have the worst experience which I want to share that is when I left the company I used to have enough of leaves that will payoff me a month's salary and in full and final settlement they ended up with less than my basic so I would suggest everyone not to save any leaves if someone is planning to leave.

... is I got the day shift and weekend off. The work culture seemed initially good. We got work from home option since pandemic and salary on time with internet reimbursement every month.

Dislikes

Lots of internal politics. The management and senior employees put unimaginable work pressure on junior employees and hence work/personal life balance is damaged severely. No cooperation from Quality associates. They can put you on bench any time without proper justification even when cross questioned. And don't even ask about appraisals. They promise you appraisals and you wait 6 months. But get nothing.

the only thing which I liked was my job responsibility. Except that everything is so poor. First they didn't allow me to leave Hyderabad to go to my home before lockdown started. Secondly, they put me on bench for a month. Third they didn't even mentioned that they're not going to pay me for the bench period. Very very disappointed. Work culture is so poor and people are incompetent...

Hi, for the last 2 years I was work as a data analyst to this company, the company is very flexible working timings. A great and free environment for employees. My project manager Manohar and my team lead Bhasker both are very supported me.

The only salary hike issue I resigned this company otherwise everything is good.

A very good opportunity for beginers, can learn a lot abt data analytics, most of the projects are based on Microsoft Bing search engine. Most of the employees are Foreign returns, so very good culture, Work environment is quite good, not much of work load & stress.

Career growth is a myth here, salary very basic, Appraisals/Hikes only for girls girls girls, that too very less, management never does any favour to employees, no cab facilities, ununderstandable salary structure & leave policy.
