...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment. Team mates and account manager both are very much supportive If you are unwell or won't be able to office so you can take wfh as well so thats the good thing there

Dislikes

I feel they are quite unprofessional There were no predefined rules or regulations. They just make them on their own on any day at any point of time The worst part here is the incentives policy. You will never get your incentives on time never. They say you will get an incentive after 3 month but you wont get it before 5th month and if you resign they will not give you even a single cent of your earned incentive which is very wrong like person has put all his efforts for last 3-4 months you will not get nothing of that You cant even take sandwich leaves I have to travel a lot still they call me daily office and there were my colleagues as well from my place they were enjoying wfh that is very much biased
