They make false promises, they don't give a salary. they treat employees as b2b contractors. Grind you 24/7 and tell you you're not performing well. They don't pay for anyone except for some senior employees working with them to fool other employees. This is not any TechCompany. 6-month unpaid internships to freshers making false promises when you join. "Join here to Spoil your Career, time, and money". you'll be treated as if you run away with their money when you go to ask salary.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
