Learning is great. Salary is above par. No work from home as work is more dependent on lab. Gives lot of encouragement for innovation.

No cab facility. Great minds work here. No great facilities that big companies provide

1. SLT and ELT was better till 2021, but later it got degraded after SLT/ELT recent changes. 2. Company culture degraded after 2021. 3. Environment has become toxic now.

Zebra operates like a startup with lot of money.This leads to lot of innovation at the workplace . As an employee , we are always trying the latest and greatest tech stack . Zebra being a market leader in what it does , it also provides lot of job security .

Salary is good but the career growth can be slow when you reach a specific level.

managers are biased huge work load all the time even if you dont work , just be in favor with management and you will automatically get promoted though you are junior to all other team members no team bonding no help from seniors everybody passes the ball no promotions and no ratings are for sincere employees , its only for favourite employee No diwali gift and no other benifits team structure changes after every 2 months they dont need smart employees they just need the fellows
