1. SLT and ELT was better till 2021, but later it got degraded after SLT/ELT recent changes. 2. Company culture degraded after 2021. 3. Environment has become toxic now.

Salary, perks, bonus and cool product with freedom to work on given technology. No questions asked for taking leaves

Zero work life balance, stressful environment, boss culture. Unplanned way of doing work specially in Testing team

Learning is great. Salary is above par. No work from home as work is more dependent on lab. Gives lot of encouragement for innovation.

No cab facility. Great minds work here. No great facilities that big companies provide

managers are biased huge work load all the time even if you dont work , just be in favor with management and you will automatically get promoted though you are junior to all other team members no team bonding no help from seniors everybody passes the ball no promotions and no ratings are for sincere employees , its only for favourite employee No diwali gift and no other benifits team structure changes after every 2 months they dont need smart employees they just need the fellows
