It's a start up company. As they are very little job opportunities in vizag I had to choose Zcs because of the salary, for the incentives and moreover it is in my home town. Within 3 months I got promoted as a team leader from which we can know that they are appraisals for the work we do. For the start to the last I found my team mates to be friendly. Yes of course it depends on how you behave with others. And the like the rehire policy there. Moreover I had good time and money working in zcs

Dislikes

There is nothing like I dislike about Zcs. But one thing is that there is no security for the job which I doubted from the starting day of my work as it is a start up company. Manager there favours to the person whom he is interested in.
