...Zartek is extremely friendly and helpful to start a career in the tech industry. For me, I was extremely lucky to start of with a challenging project, but that was definitely a bonus as it will potential enhance the capability of any developer to traverse from being a junior to a experienced developer. The team was also incredibly supportive and always approachable if I was met with any issues based on the project. The work culture is incredibly great and has flexible working time. I'm looking forward to learning more with the diverse team and grow as a better developer.

I appreciate the ample learning opportunities within our diverse projects. Also the supportive team collaboration enhances my role as a project coordinator, creating an atmosphere where everyone really contributes to project success.

Dislikes

There aren't major concerns. Managing multiple tasks during busy project periods can be stressful, especially dealing with clients. But it adds a challenging aspect to work.

Flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance. Challenging projects that encourage skill development. Access to the latest tools and technologies in Python Django Rest Api. Encourages innovation and creative problem solving.

Furthermore, the company culture at Zartek is inclusive and collaboratibe. There is a sense of camaraderie among the team, and leadership provides open-door policy encouraging communication and idea sharing. Zartek's success is undoubtedly a testament to the Directors Mr Zameel and Mr Rishin's visionary leadership. Their vision for the company has not only guided us through challenges many times but has positioned me as an industry leader. In summary, Zartek is a fantastic place to work and I would give 5 star rating.
