...Zartek is extremely friendly and helpful to start a career in the tech industry. For me, I was extremely lucky to start of with a challenging project, but that was definitely a bonus as it will potential enhance the capability of any developer to traverse from being a junior to a experienced developer. The team was also incredibly supportive and always approachable if I was met with any issues based on the project. The work culture is incredibly great and has flexible working time. I'm looking forward to learning more with the diverse team and grow as a better developer.

I appreciate the ample learning opportunities within our diverse projects. Also the supportive team collaboration enhances my role as a project coordinator, creating an atmosphere where everyone really contributes to project success.

There aren't major concerns. Managing multiple tasks during busy project periods can be stressful, especially dealing with clients. But it adds a challenging aspect to work.

Their vision for the company has not only guided us through challenges many times but has positioned me as an industry leader. In summary, Zartek is a fantastic place to work and I would give 5 star rating.

So far, I love the way this Company is and it is something that I was looking out for. I see the founders as the key players in keeping this organizations healthy & enjoyable to work, as they give you the freedom to work the way you do best, consider all your feedback, respect your opinions and more than anything, friendly & transparent. The company is in its early days and so anyone who loves to work in a startup environment, with great leaders and a bunch of cool team members, lots of learning & fun, this is a place worth your time & experience.
