Dosen't know the value of the employee toys with them and enjoys, doesn't pay your final settlement amount after completing the notice period they just ignore you and dosen't reply its a waste completing their procedure, They say they have main office in US but this is the only office they have got in india the company ceo just sits in his house in us and say that's his office.

It's frustrating to watch less qualified people advance. The constant micromanagement stifles creativity and innovation. It's exhausting and demotivating. Employees are just numbers here; there’s no sense of community or teamwork. The workload is overwhelming, and management doesn’t care about employee well-being.

They preach teamwork but practice division. It’s the opposite of what they claim to be. I feel like a cog in a machine that doesn’t care about my development or happiness.
