Zara salary is much good but there is not career.. Like career is very slow growth.. Like after 2-3 year joined there then company thinking about us...

Zara has given a job to many people who were unemployed and improved thier skills by training the employees. When I say people that I have with Zara they give a respect so I feel very special when anyone say to me where are you working. Zara has a pleasant environment , all the staff are of helping nature and this company makes nearly 12000 design per year that is amazing.

Dislikes

Compensation is not bad, growth is slow. There is very high work pressure. Company doesn't allow me for Friday prayers. That was really very bad that time I was not feeling comfortable. Company doesn't schedule fix weekly off. They rotate weekly off. So it creates a pressure on work because the next week off come after 9 days suppose you have given a week off on Monday then your next week off will come at Thursday.

Teammates are excellent and trained me very welled in this company career growth is very well salary is also good and we have appraisal is also there in this company and we are having cabs facilities on saturday and Sundays

As i m the fresher i learn lots more thing in which i personally like all the position has equal salary i.e sales assistant having 14k than all the sales assistant get 14k. and no target pressure

Working with Zara is a good option. There are great opportunities for growth. Pay scale is good.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal system so no yearly increment of salary. Job security is major issue. And work-personal life balance is not good just because of timing and work responsibilities. Thanks.
