Same dialogues in every Town hall about new clients and offices but they never come up 13. Many senior employees left because of abusement by management 14. No WFH 16. No HR process and policies 17. It's a company run by family and friends and they have reservations on jobs too 21. They think the company can be run by a bunch of interns and so don't respect senior employees 22.
