Freedom of Work, Good Culture. Good company for Fresher as they will learn a lot up-to a certain point.

...ked to work on Saturdays as a general Practice being Sat-Sun are officially off. Salary is very Low even Increments are up to 5 %.Definitely, this company can never come under "Great Places to work" .

Good company work with ONLY of your are working at the Head Office. Being an MNC it offers 2 days off in a week.

Dislikes

Company doesn't offer very good compensations and if you are getting placed from college campus, starting salary itself is very low, which may pull you 2-3 years behind your peers. Leaves offered are very low and even you avail them you are constantly pestered although that largely depends on your superiors and the department you are in. For people in Sales, it will be made unnecessarily difficult while people in other departments are free to turn phones off as soon as the clock hits 6. And these added responsibilities come with no added rewards. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here unless they have absolutely no other options.
