The way they treat employees is rude. They're giving salary if there is work. Most of the employee except managers salary has been slashed during this pandemic. Feels pity!

Dislikes

There are known politics here between the management and employees. Those who react to the management is getting warning letter even termination. No freedom of work at all. The only thing we have here is work pressure.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
