Here we go... Number one... but those people with good heart is not treated how they deserved to be treated. Number two... boss has failed to manage how to treat employees in the way of achieving his goal. Number three... financial status alone is not employee's problem. When it is coming to working life there are lot of factors needs to be considered. Few examples: - Employee's peaceful mindset on work. - Work life balance. - Equal priority ( Ignore partiality ) - Shift timing ( Either work or pressure it should be limited & restricted within only working hours ). - Employee should feel happy to come office every new day. - Respect the skilled people.( Eliminate blindness ) Number four... Instead of expecting loyalty, Respecting the responsibilities of individual would help the team growth. Number five.... few leeches exists that ruins the company's growth. Number six... In the name of managing multiple projects with improper resources, employee's confident & peaceful mentality gets destroyed. Number seven... In the name of leading the team, taking advantage of junior resources seems not good.

Hi , this is Jothilakshmi, and it's been almost 6 months at Zaigo Infotech for me. I am working here as a Junior PHP Developer, and the whole experience has been nothing short of excellent. There has been so much for me to learn as a PHP Developer, and my peers have always been amazing,helping me every step of the way. The work culture at this organization, which is mostly employee-centric,impressed me a lot and made me feel comfortable. The challenges e faec in product development- like adapting to new technologies and evolving requirements-have really helped me grow. Our team lead plays a key role by encouraging a positive , solution-driven mindset. With their guidance and the collaborative team environment , I've been able to learn a lot while experimenting with different approcahes , which has made every challenge feel like stepping stone in my professional growth.
