I didn't find anything good about this company except location. Earlier it was near Exide More but now it moved at Salt Lake.

Dislikes

...ehave like the company is their private property and they are the king or queen. If you disobey anything of their order or do anything that they don't like you have to pay for it. No one is there who will protect you. This place is really tough for retaining, if you are hardworking and want to be appreciated, you will get only frustration, nothing more than that.

There is work life balance apart from earnings period and before they provide leaves. You can develop financial writing skills. Learn about financial modeling. Working here for an year or so is okay to gain an experience.

Dislikes

...rs. No proper training given. And then they yell at you if you make one mistake. Salary is very low compared to industry standards. Once a year, before durga puja Zacks gives bonus which is comparatively a good amount.

Just the part that I am able to learn new things, how to analyse stocks, how to write professional reports etc. But apart from that, nothing.

...ople here have been working for years and they are the ones who run the company. Salary is really not upto the mark. I have been here for only 4 days and I am already pissed at the office culture. Good of beginners but sticking here for more than a year does not make sense.

Absolutely nothing to like here.

Everything. The compensation is a joke. The work extends to a whole day of availability. Some TLs are complete morons. Most of them have been in the company for years, and mostly pass on their work to juniors. The tech team definitely has two gems who can make your life miserable and absolutely will. The HR has no role and is absolutely powerless. The company is an absolute mess. Noone in their right mind should work here.
