I didn't find anything good about this company except location. Earlier it was near Exide More but now it moved at Salt Lake.

They can change their policy faster than season changes, obviously that will not be employee friendly. Seniors, Managers behave like the company is their private property and they are the king or queen. If you disobey anything of their order or do anything that they don't like you have to pay for it. No one is there who will protectyou. This place is really tough for retaining, if you are hardworking and want to be appreciated, you will get only frustration, nothing more than that....Read More

Just the part that I am able to learn new things, how to analyse stocks, how to write professional reports etc. But apart from that, nothing.

The company is not welcoming at all to the new comers. The culture is not good enough. Less people coming to office and only interacting with their own groups. Most of the people here have been working for years and they are the ones who run the company. Salary is really not upto the mark.
