...ork in Yuvasoft. The work culture there is very bad. There is a lot of politics. Salary is not paid on time. Management is the worst. You will not be able to learn anything.

...ere is absolutely no job security. Without any policy, you can be fired anytime. If you don't have any project for a month, your salary is halved and the next month you are fired from the job. If there is a project, you get salary. If there is no project, you don't get salary. There are some TL who do not know anything and are sitting as TLs for no reason. There are some seniors there who don't work, they do politics.

Sometimes it is stressful when it comes to handle unethical and negative behaviour of professionals, who are not working in the company.

Very Friendly Environment at work, All Seniors Are Very Helpfull and Supportive, with Very Good Behaviour and HR Mam's also with Very Good Behaviour And Helpfull Overall I am Having Great Experience To working in this Company and Working Hours time is also good and I feel Proud to being a Part Of this Company, I Feel Happy to working Here......

Yuvasoft is a having fast paced work environment. So there are too many chances to learn new things and if you want to be expertise on multiple skills it's the place you look for.
