...id that put a resignation. Without any reason only covid lockdown is going oN. They have to reduce salary we can understand, but directly they said put a resignation. That is not good if u r job security is not there.

Management is biased. One who join the company will face discrimination too. Nobody is willing to accept new ideas and innovation. SOPs made for employees not for management and favourite ones. Company's financial health also suffers due to CORRUPT MANAGEMENT.

Company is very good and it's work life balance easily every year appraisal on time and salary on time

There are some area which the employees should grow like learn new things which is not happening same work for life time.

... top management. This shows in YUSEN logistics there is no job security at all. I was ready to work with half salary also becouse for me job was important. I give them option but company was not ready to accept that also. Anyhow they wanted we to put resignation. Finally they removed staff from there benefits. YUSEN LOGISTICS don't care about staff, there family, ethics. They just wanted to remove people. Those people have huge amount salary they still working. HR head- SAGAR HULYLKAR WESTERN REGION HEAD - MONISH CHATTERJEE so many people facing financial and job search problem.

Yusen logistics is the best company, I learn lot of things here. I am lucky because i am the part of yusen. Work culture is very good and supportive staff. And job is secure here.

For career growth i want to switch the job. And i have completed 9+ years here. So need some changes and salary hike also.
