...management use though weakness when conflict and distrubance occur with them. 6. salary credit date will 4-10th My work experience :: I started as a senior software engineer at yupptv, and initially my manager and leads were good. however due to personal reasons and health issues, I submitted my resignation. after that they started showing a different sides. they began pointing out irrelevant issues, and there were spies within team sharing personal info and management used this info to critize and insut me infront of colleagues. suprisingly, this incident didn't happen just to me - half of the team submitted their resignation faced similar treatment, with the manager and management continuing to point out empoyees issues. I am not saying you shouldn't join as there are multiple teams, and what happened to me and my team may not happen in every team. however i can guarantee on thing: if your expecting the employer to care for yoy, it will lead to very big disappointment because hr alway support management they would care about you at all

Work life balance is good here we have time to learn new technology.

Finance department is so irresponsible. Salary credited in mid months. PF not deposited on time. Appraisal and promotion is not according to the experience and industry standards.

Team Leads and Team mates are Supportive. Coming to the management, no proper communication between the teammates and managers.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is also an issue.

...ny... I never seen politics... Worst politics... I mean to say dirty politics... There is no job security and some persons getting high package and doing nil n worst worst work... And no value addition in work profile... Literally except finance dept all r good.. Really uday garu.. U r a god of yupptv employees... But some people cheating in uday sir... Uday garu is great job..... Really i respect you sir.... Thnk u opportunity... I had ful experience in politics..
