1. Extremely poor Management 2. The Employer doesn't show any concerns to employee's even when employee career is risk 3. There is no Positive vibe in work space 4. Extremely office politces some time it may cause employee career damage 5. Employees need to caution when speaking with colleagues because there are lot of spies who will report to management and management use though weakness when conflict and distrubance occur with them. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. salary credit date will 4-10th My work experience :: I started as a senior software engineer at yupptv, and initially my manager and leads were good</mark>. however due to personal reasons and health issues, I submitted my resignation. after that they started showing a different sides. they began pointing out irrelevant issues, and there were spies within team sharing personal info and management used this info to critize and insut me infront of colleagues. suprisingly, this incident didn't happen just to me - half of the team submitted their resignation faced similar treatment, with the manager and management continuing to point out empoyees issues. I am not saying you shouldn't join as there are multiple teams, and what happened to me and my team may not happen in every team. however i can guarantee on thing: if your expecting the employer to care for yoy, it will lead to very big disappointment because hr alway support management they would care about you at all...Read More
