Likes

Some seniors are good. Flexible timings(but need to support EU client timings). WFH option available. Hikes are good compared to mass recruiter MNC's, if your not starting as fresher.

You would like this company if you are from coastal Karnataka.

Dislikes

Company is run by bunch of coastal Karnataka people carrying out office politics on another level when WFH, promotions, and opportunities are only given to coastal Karnataka people and for rest others it would be 16 hours of workload with no acknowledgement. The delivery manager who comes to office daily is total idiot who does not know how an IT company functions and carry out operations.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
