No WFH, long commute time to work even in a city like Chennai is taxing. Frequent team/project realignments. Weekend work whenever there is a go live. There is liberty to few who perform well even once which might feel like favoritism.

The company has good policies in place. There are paid leaves, health coverage for family and monetary support options like loan and advance salary in case you need it.

Work process is not properly structured. Things move fast and you need to be prepared for last minute changes. No WFH

So seniors and leaders value work ethics and hard work. no incentive to work overtime… Management should address queries immediately rather than delay. Not happy with salary increase this time.
