Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...are required from the employee and do not even care if the employee is feeling. Zero learning and salary benefits. Without even asking employees interest, they make them move to different team and ask them to start doing it.

Dislikes

Placements is not happening properly in GRA .... PWD person trust blindly they get a job one day but then their desire jobs aren't reaching out. Need to focus on it individually. Apart from this every work in Youth4jobs is lively appreciated...
