Their advertisement shows a fixed stipend of 5-10K, which is not the case. They use you to sell their course to others & pay you a commission if you successfully sold. In the beginning, they will honey coat their words like they will teach you leadership skills, communication skills & stuff, but that's not the case. The form they ask you to fill out to pay your stipend specifically checks how much sale you made. Their main motto is selling their course that's all, you don't learn anything.

The poor devide between work and life. You are nearly working around the clock. Talking to 120 people is not easy and very time consuming. Even if you were to give each 3 minutes.

The thing I liked about younity is that the mentors and all superiors are very absorbed to achieve company's objective and targeted to make interns work. They are very influential.

Priyanka Bhasin is so rude to me I just ask my doubts and she thought I am blaming her ....a manager or an employee of any company must be calm and polite to their juniors..so that they can easily share problems with them or get jell Bell with them and without any fear they can ask any doubt from them ..but she was sooo rude that no other intern wants to ask any doubt she can also talk to me with polite manner but she just got agressive ki no..we didn't say this to u...why this could be happened...I was just shocked that her first impression is so bad on me ..we all are doing sales job ...in this job we have to camly listen to our clients that what they taught in our first session but ...they forgot this to implement on themselves...I really felt bad that I worked for younity and in the end I got this behaviour

There most of the courses are not worth the price, hired intern as promise to give some fixed stipend but not given even the completion certificate is not provided, interns are left on their own and they are just a tool to generate revenue. Selected for development and research but all they ask to do is sale their courses , kinda no learning as intern and no benefits indeed .
