I joined in young minds technology in the month of September. While I attended interview asked me about salary expectation. I said 14000 per month. After two months hr said my salary got fixed 10000 per month . Asked her to pay according to agreement she said not going to get that much salary and she added going to gain experience. Said going to arrange meeting with main hr. After she said like that I was concentrating on my work . One day she asked me to meet at evening time. I went to meet her. Then she said management cannot continue as an employee and raised false allegations also. Informed company ceo also he also didn't respond properly.

Low pay. Terrible work life balance. 6 days, 10-12 hours work week. They withhold payslips so that we can not leave. Heavy work pressure. No growth opportunities. Extremely low quality work. No usual benifits, not even tea.

Young minds technology doesn't pay salary mentioned in agreement. Personally it happened for me . Promised me 14000 per month and paid less amount. There is no job security. Without my mistake I was removed from job. Didn't exprect they would do with me like that. Doesn't give respect for hardworking people. Always say that not working upto our expectation. Ask original certificate for giving job. If person say no they don't agree . For giving certificate back to person they start demanding money also.
