Ground level leadership team is very cheap hr team also baised plays cheap politics They like listening gossips and making decision no leadership qualities in them they don't know how to behave with employees narsistic manager Some female in hr team come to office to make some extra activities and pass time in office and behave cheaply with colleagues and her work is gossiping with manager about colleagues to butter him such employees are highly encouraged by hr manger too.. favouritism is highly encouraged here There is no boundaries for cheap treatments few female wear dirty revealing dresses and treats other colleagues poorly but it's all ignored and encouraged everything is invisible for him he makes decisions based on gossips, its highly overwhelming disheartening here Rules regulations are applicable to only employees not they favourites employees Thy leave employees late night 1am, 12 am, 11pm self transportation they don't care about safety I felt very risky . While hiring they say leave by 8 pm login and work in home till shift ends post joining no one bothers about your safety conclusion :humanity,kindness, care, responsibility, fairness, loyalty towards colleagues or employees lacks from ground level managers

Great place to engage with work, They provides oppurtunity to learn and develop which good for new learners. often we do get continuous support for technical leads. Simply saying this is a place where we can transform from zero to hero.
