To be honest I don't like anything many of my friends who have good knowledge in technology are fired bcz of too much pressure from tl for no reason.some they went for team outings .

Worst team leader in dot net department.if u r good in buttering then u may survive there otherwise hirring and firing is very common there.Too much politics don't go there if u are not fresher.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
