Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Yokohama is open to adopts latest technology .Good job security provided to any type of role you play here, a great carrier building experience if you start your carrier here, you'll learn a lot from the japanese culture, i mean class room training is must plus shop floor hands on training on top. management is good enough to support your effort. Yokohama conduct a wide variety of events, training programme to support employees, like quality month in November, planation in February & so on. if you have learning mindset then you can grow here.company policies are good & developing now a days . good to be a part of this industry. strong community.

...ination is real here for worker class employees vs officer or staff employees. salary is very average for workers 12-15k average politics is real but sometimes .

The work is very hard. Even after working for years, the salary is low , they do not. Provide canteen , the rest of the workers are provided with facilities , everything is arbitrary 🙁😏
