growth is very slow process work pressure is high for production managers do not value an individuals unique strength Discrimination is real here for worker class employees vs officer or staff employees. salary is very average for workers 12-15k average politics is real but sometimes .

I love the work environment. The security system is too good. All employees are good in behaviour. All staffs are friendly. Canteen food is quite good. Safety is the main priority of Yokohama.

Dislikes

Can be develope the Shop floor facilities. Central ac should be provided in the shop floor.

More working hours, need to travel a lot to get to company. HR is worst. No single fun event for a whole year. Even death of employee is not mattered. 2 min prayer is all they can do.
