I love the work environment. The security system is too good. All employees are good in behaviour. All staffs are friendly. Canteen food is quite good. Safety is the main priority of Yokohama.

Can be develope the Shop floor facilities. Central ac should be provided in the shop floor.

More working hours, need to travel a lot to get to company. HR is worst. No single fun event for a whole year. Even death of employee is not mattered. 2 min prayer is all they can do.

Not a employee friendly organisation Income tax policies are in favour of employees, due to which you will land up in paying more tax than any other company in relevant field Many things which other companies successfully practicing are still a dream here Plants are located very remotely away from living society, 9 hrs working a day & traveling 3 hrs a day (total 12 hrs a day)
