Nothing to like in this company, worst company and people that ever existed and have seen in my life.

Worst mistake of my life is joining this company thought its good to start my career in a product based company. Bad work culture too much politics in linguistic way and family members are given more preference even if they work or not, we who work sincerely are treated like nothing. Building their own community with the favorites or people who are sweet and sugar coat things. no respect to the employees. no ethics and professionalism. 10 years experience employees cannot solve the issue which is expected to be solved by freshers and more than 12 hours of working is suggested. Every time there's reason when told to convert from probation and give hike and they torture with more work if asked. Attack with personal stuffs and degrade the employees. No job security, no work life balance. If asked for hike they always come up with reasons or subtle threatens of termination. Please never choose this company if you are fresher or any experience. choose this company only if you are tamilian and mallu or your relatives work here because only then you will be valued not by the talent.

There is no job security, management is not good. There is a manager called Mahalakshmi without knowing the truth, she will always scold even you don’t do anything. Example: once I was doing work from home, but someone was disturbing the office without knowing it. She used to scold me for no reason. It’s very hard to survive here

Everything is useless in this company. In the whole cessna business park this is the only company which is cheap.

Cunning people too much of politics. To freshers they don't even help. Team lead show attitude as if they are god. Worst mistake of my life joining this company as a fresher. Please never join this company it will ruin your life.

The overall benefit is good - I worked as a senior UX designer and the company is in maturing stage. - we can work on different verticals and different domain

- Value of UX is bad. - Development oriented company - But nowadays is getting better

It is only for freshers. I feel there is no job security.. HR policies are very bad. Overall never ever join as lateral. You will regret for your life.

No transport, no food court and if you go out they deduct the login time.. unrealistic expectations. No KT overall it is not a good company to work
