1-No projects(they don't have projects) 2-No appraisals 3-They don't value there employees 4-No matter how sincere you are in your work they will always choose there relatives ( which are also employees yogiti) over you 5-No appreciations on work 6- No cross reviews of employee and manager (every review is one sided) 7- show fake openings 8- force employees to put positive review

Okay appraisal if you are working then you will get appraisal, if there is no project for 2 years then no hike and no work

Communication is less with the team No information if you don't have any project. Relative base company. They just hire there relatives and giving them priority. No values of employees. Fire you at any time. No project. No chance to get the project.

Being professionals we were like a close-knit family. If we delivered, we got rewarded for that. We invited criticism only when we didn't stay focused or failed to deliver. Our seniors were warm and friendly; they attempted standing by us in every little way!

Dislikes

Nothing seemed so alarming as such. It's a growing company and adept in settling micro issues.
