Yogik technology is one of the SAP silver partner. Its providing the ERP solution to all kinds of industry. More than 200 of employee of engg background working there. Main job for this company's are: 1. ERP Implementation 2. SAP Support. 3. Rollout 4. Dot net solution 5. Providing sap resources etc. Here one can get the opportunities to work with different Clint's and he or she can see and learn different kinds of scenarios.

Dislikes

Salary is little less but best platform for initial stage. One thing that i feel bad here is you have to sign a bond/contract with yogik technologies. But after working there one got such talent that he can survive any where in any situation. Overall best company. Always taking care of there employees.

There is a team work, Senior consultants always help junior consultant for resolving critical issue in their own module. Freshers get chance for a new implementation project or support project in SAP.

There is bond of 5 years or 6 years for all SAP consultant.

There is no policies.only you can gain knowledge over there.

Some seniors are there,who does not know how to behave with girls(staring,unwelcomebehavior, harassment).If you will complain also no one will take any action against them.
