At that moment your only option remain is to leave CBRE for salary Growth. Working at client location is not good, as you don't feel worth working there, treated as vendor and not as a direct. CBRE is a good company to work for but then work directly in CBRE office yo get all the benefits and you may see your growth, being at client location no scope for growth. Working at client location will make you feel neither you are CBRE nor the client.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
