Only the compensation after a lot of negotiation

Dislikes

No standards on Empathy or human moral grounds. Very inconsiderate about their employees. Only result oriented, micromanagement and the HR does all the injustice than the senior management.

Likes

Work life balance is good. Free food and facilities are provided. People are helpful. Health insurance is given. Flexible working hours. Good when you join on higher post

Dislikes

Not good for freshers or if you are in your early stage of your career. No new technology, salary is not decent, carrer growth is also slow.

...err good. Endless supply of tea-coffee -boost-horlicks was another high point. Compensation is good and people here are cooperative.

Dislikes

Things changed during pandemic era. Working hours extended till 10-11pm. Deadlines became more stricter. Skills development was restricted to online workshops that are conducted every month, without any practical use daily work. Attrition is at all time high (almost 5-7 employee resigns every week). Layoff became more general.

Company compensation, benifits , food and free coupons for employees is so good.

Dislikes

Performance team is the only team I feel in entire Yodlee hourly based micro management exist. They will torture you with a group of leads and director who are really dumb in managing the team. To come out from out that toxic work environment you might put paper's but in that 2 months they will torture you like anything. So your exit from Yodlee will be very very worst. Director level person won't attend any high level meeting his only work is to interfere and micro manage junior level and mid level performance engineering folks thats it he will poke you day and night again and again. Nearly 15 people's who spent atleast 4 years in Yodlee left company due to new director and two leads. Actual head count of team now also not in 20 members. Poor work management, poor timelines , poor people management, poor work ethics , backstabbing reporties and most importantly demotivating resources by telling you are not up mark,you are not good at technical, you won't get any job if you leave Yodlee etc. And most funny part the person whom they underestimate that person's will get very good hikes and joins in big companies.

Nothing much to dislike apart from the HR department who makes us settle for lesser package even after having good Salary bucket which they can provide to candidates but makes us settle for lesser numbers
