Warning: Avoid Joining Yoda Diagnostics I strongly advise against joining Yoda Diagnostics due to: 1. Hire-and-fire policy 2. Lack of insurance benefits 3. No job security 4. Arbitrary terminations without reason or notice 5. Limited career growth: - No promotions - No clear hierarchy 6. Micromanagement by founder directors and their allies 7. Unrelated department heads providing unnecessary input (favoritism/nepotism) 8. Lack of professional structure and autonomy Joining this company may hinder your career advancement and overall job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Micro management from founders No clear vission and Mission No Hierarchy No Career growth No freedom for employees to express their thoughts, only they need executers till maximum business received by the executive If the founder and his allies don't like the employee they terminate, many mass terminations happened since inception. Finally it's politically driven company.
