specially Mumbai location Hr are very disrespecting .they will make fake promises and make ur salary LOP for the whole month. They will even not attend your call .They are doing politics there in office.i have medical issues and still they are doing whole month LOP .RMG team from bangalore location is also doing the same.No management interference is there .it is best to do no job rather than doing job at Yethi Consulting pvt ltd.

They don't pick employee call on appraisal

At appraisal they suddenly remove employees without notice. Very bad politics. Hr gauri will say Just leave the company will give fnf and advance salary after they won't give salary and fnf settlement.

Nothing is great of liking this, since this is small startup company people are easily reachable to discuss any issues or impediments.

Dislikes

No growth.No Process.No work Balance. Poor compensation.They can move you from one location to another in single night.Company lacks serious process which keeps on changing every friday according to their style.Notice period 90 days,no buyouts,no leave encashment,no gratuity and no work from home.

They will not give you proper hike. They will pull you down to your last drawn CTC. Talent acquisition team is good for nothing. The HR manager will speak like a drunked man. When he interviewed, he said me he have to train me many aspects as I haven't worked on the requirement that organization has. But it's been a month I've been there no training was given by him. He will flirt with girls and will fight with them for AC remote. He have an attitude that he is a manager infront of others but when CEO or COO comes he will shake his tail like a puppy. I didn't even like the way he took the interview. And the lady HR manager will put pressure on peers. Being a manager she should provide solution but she will put the blame on peers and yell at them. No value addition to the profile. More fake commitments and promises are given and they don't stick to it.
