Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our core banking systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail banking operations, core banking platforms, and a proven track record of implementing system changes that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Enhancement:
   • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
   • Evaluate new features and functionality of core banking platforms and recommend implementation strategies.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Act as a liaison between Engineering team, QA Team, and Clients.
   • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of system capabilities.
3. Documentation:
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, processes, and system configurations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education:
   • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in core banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, or FLEXCUBE, Kiya.
   • Experience with APIs, middleware technologies, and system integration frameworks.
   • Strong SQL and No SQL database skills (e.g., Oracle, Mongo).
3. Domain Expertise:
   • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and processes, including savings accounts, loans, deposits, and payments.
4. Analytical Skills:
   • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
5. Communication:
   • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
6. Certifications (Preferred):
   • Product-specific certifications in core banking platforms.
   • ITIL or Agile certifications.
