I have been a part of Yes Madam for about a month now. So far experience is good. Colleagues are supportive and helpful. There is no hierarchy and no politics. Job role is quite clear. Ample opportunity is given to experiment with new ideas. Recommended.

I faced the problem but it was not resolved. Instead they blamed me and forced me to do my main job and take leave, I was not given my remaining day's salary and Rs 700 was deducted from my salary every month. Gratuity amount but my amount not returned

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
