In the event of COVID also bank has given full salary to every employee being not in good condition also bank provide salary and perks.

Management is very much aggressive for sales and not working on grooming employees related to process and operations as per operations teams

This is my personal opinion. HR is worst, they have no idea whom to appoint. On of our non performing cluster sales leader for current account sourcing is recruited from Kajaria tiles with good salary package and later on she moves to product manager where her work is write only 4 to 5 mail a day. There are many cases like this good looking female non performing RM got easily transferred to Branch operation manager role where she don't have to do sales.

Dislikes

Customer service is worst in all private bank. SBI has just given us money to run bank but our staff think that we are SBI employee atleast from our customer service you can say that.

Enjoyed working..got to learn..got to know a lot..worked for 2.5 years..this was my first job in life..I will never forget yes bank..now I am not working yes bank... Every time I remember, I go to the bank and meet all the staff...and I do all my bank work from Yes Bank...I will never forget the first job of my life.

Dislikes

I was in yes bank in me-hin company we were working in yes bank and me-hin used to make our salary but I had no problem with that...but our salary was not increasing...my reason for leaving was salary and Secondly, Shaleen Dodia, the cluster head in Borsad branch, did not know how to respect any employee. And was giving more mental torture...that is why she left working in Yes Bank.

Only Branch Closing Timing is good as per other bank and package which they offer is good.

Worst Culture I have ever seen in any bank. They give you huge package so that no other bank can hire you and they don't have any customer base or portfolio of HNI clients and after this all they make you work like a sales executive. They don't have any data or any base where you get a leads only cold calling marketing activities make you survive over here. Account opening timing and service is pathetic. Just business matters no service is there in this bank for customer.
