Work environment was good initially , employees had promising opportunities , Management were transparent HR were sensitive to employee welfare. But it has changed post moratorium. Now everything can be compromised for the sake of business growth.

...e to compromise with their self respect and dignity. Career growth is very slow. No salary structure is discriminating in nature. Organisation does not even cares for ones careers growth.

Yes Bank should take decision to salary correction as per market as there is lot of disparity in salary of same grades, There should be a minimum benchmark for every grade

No comments.. it is not the right place to work as employees hard work will never be appreciated and there will no proper hike too…..

Very poor hike and employees should pay for their own insurance, where other companies are paying for the employee…
