Yes Bank should take decision to salary correction as per market as there is lot of disparity in salary of same grades, There should be a minimum benchmark for every grade

Many things to learn , if you work hard and smart not concern to job security. supporting colleagues/Team mates , nice work culture, policy for employees are also good, fair appraisal, salary hike , Huge cafeteria, best working environment
