Yes Bank should take decision to salary correction as per market as there is lot of disparity in salary of same grades, There should be a minimum benchmark for every grade

The company called the employees to office only once or twice a week which was very good. However they organized bus service which was running full from the inception point so it was very difficult for employee to manage their commute.

Dislikes

Too much politics in terms of promotion and salary hike. The actual performance numbers were blatantly ignored and only the favourite ones were given better benefits. Due to same lot of people at 1-4 years experience level left and that hampered the productivity and client retention badly as they themselves were not convinced to work with this organisation then how would they convince client to stay with the bank.

Good thing is when you join yes bank only your salary is a good in starting time.

It is a worst learning for me how to handle situation silently feel the pain of the behavior of employees politics culture is kind of nepotism there is no grade system everyone is dominating you noo professional culture very worst experience how they are treated like a labour I request to every single person don't join yes bank if you are good person plzz don't join.

Enjoyed working..got to learn..got to know a lot..worked for 2.5 years..this was my first job in life..I will never forget yes bank..now I am not working yes bank... Every time I remember, I go to the bank and meet all the staff...and I do all my bank work from Yes Bank...I will never forget the first job of my life.

Dislikes

I was in yes bank in me-hin company we were working in yes bank and me-hin used to make our salary but I had no problem with that...but our salary was not increasing...my reason for leaving was salary and Secondly, Shaleen Dodia, the cluster head in Borsad branch, did not know how to respect any employee. And was giving more mental torture...that is why she left working in Yes Bank.

Late salary, other organization credit salary on month end. no job security ,if contract end you will be ask to leave the organization. No promotion & proper salary appraisal. Company PF contribution will be get deducted from emp salary. No leave cash Benefits after regeneration.
