Banking closing time 7pm. But branch haed & cluster head calling 10pm and come to meeting vashi, panal. Office is there dadar location but meeting for vashi panvle there is nothing meeting . only Called just to disturb, there is no meeting there, call after reaching there, then used to say go home.everyday . HR ko complaint karo to hr early relieveing ka paisa bhara k employees se nikal deta hai koi support nhi.

A dream work culture, perfect work and life balance, supportive seniors and team members, no team politics

The only thing i dont like is less pay due to financial crunch faced by the company which is expected to improve over a course and Hr is already working towards new initiatives

Only perk about working here is the pay . Work culture is just horrible especially at the branch level. Managers call you up even at night and there's no work life balance . Happy that I left this pathetic culture in 3 months

Many things to learn , if you work hard and smart not concern to job security. supporting colleagues/Team mates , nice work culture, policy for employees are also good, fair appraisal, salary hike , Huge cafeteria, best working environment
