1. Managers are insensitive and do not care about your workload. 2. Especially if you're reporting to Manish Upadhyay then you can say good bye to your peace. 3. No specifically defined working hours. Working hours can range anywhere between 10-15 hours daily. 4. You will be working on 10-12 projects simultaneously. 5. While working on 10-12 projects at a time mistakes are bound to happen, but there is no room for error and you will be reprimanded for smallest of mistakes. 6. Managers like Manish Upadhyay are insensitive to the level that they don't even care for any emergencies or a demise in your family. 7. There is absolutely no job security. They fire people and overload existing employees. 8. There is no question of hike or appraisals either. And if at all there is any appraisal it is as shameful as 2% - 8% 9. If you're a skilled developer and wanting to enhance your coding skills, there is nothing new to learn if you end up working for the (Studio) delivery team because Yellow.ai platform is a low code no code platform. 10. In a nutshell, you can say good bye to your mental peace and work-life balance for a pathetic remuneration in return, if you are planning to join Yellow.ai

Ridiculous HR they can layoff at anytime and they will ask you to write a mail to them stating you want to leave the organisation Management try toh save themselves rather than making things better One of my worst decision of my life is I have joined yellow. Product Team is good for nothing except talking etc they think they are God which is shit

Learning is good. Good people but lately laying off a lot of good people. People doing politics staying alive with the firm.

A lot of changes within firm as well as for the product. Less clarity about product in top management. ChatGPT eating the business. Sustainability of firm is bleak

1. Unprofessionalism is at peak 2. Low level work politics 3. Gender bias. 4.hard work is not recognised 5. No learning. 6. Work system is chaotic,no proper documentation. 7. HR or higher authority can take actions against a fellow employee. Note- not all of the higher authorities are bad but few were observed to be of the above category. There are still hardworking and gem people amongst the dirty crowd!
